Biologic oil of Nocellara dell’Etna produced in Linguaglossa. Medium fruity that gives clear and fragrant notes of pepper, green tomato, Mediterranean scrub grass, thistle, freshly harvested almond, ground white pepper and cedar peel. On the palate the oil has character and personality, it is persistent, fine and enchanting, and preserves and presents all the descriptors mentioned, with the bitter and spicy sweet and in full and happy harmony.
