Etna Rosso DOC produced in the municipality of Linguaglossa (CT) in the Arrigo district with 100% Nerello Mascalese grape. Traditional red vinification managed in open wine fermentation tanks with punching down; maceration duration 8-10 days; aging in second and third passage French oak barrels. Alcoholic fermentation is carried out with selected yeasts
