Our traditional dishes
Aubergine caponata and “trinacria” peppers, quenelle of fresh ricotta cheese and balsamic glaze.
Sedani pasta in a tomato sauce and fried aubergines, basil leaves and baked ricotta cheese
Mediterranean flat bread, veils of Parma ham, marmalade of figs, lettuce and cream of caciocavallo of Ragusa cheese.
Pan seared swordfish medallion with Messina sauce.
E.v.o. flat bread, homemade marinated salmon, cream of Apulian burrata and fresh spinach.
Caprese: datterini tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella of Ragusa and green basil.
Caesar salad: chicken, “trocadero” lettuce leaves, white bread croutons, crispy bacon and Grana Padano cheese flakes.
Prawns Caesar salad
Sesame beef cheese burger (250 gr) with fried potatoes.
Sandwich of toasted bread, sliced poultry, bacon, lettuce, tomatoes and mayonnaise.
Toast with baked ham and cheese
Cream of gianduia chocolate, crumble of almonds and rosemary, red fruits sauce.
